By accessing or using the Dead Zone: The Survivor VR website or game, you signify your understanding of and agreement with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of our website and game.
Definitions
Mugiwara Studio ("Mugiwara Corporation", "Mugiwara Corp" or "we"), is a game development studio and publisher, and uses data provided by you as a player and/or end user ("player", "you") as you use our products on Steam, Oculus Home, PICO, or Playstation.
Dead Zone: The Survivor VR Game Website
The Dead Zone: The Survivor VR Game website collects information that you provide to us voluntarily, for example when signing up for the Newsletter or filling out a Survey.
Information collected through the website is stored securely and is accessible only by employees of Mugiwara Studio. It is not sold to or shared with third parties unless required by law.
Newsletters can be unsubscribed from at any time by using the link provided in all Newsletter emails we send.
If you send us an email, we use this email to respond to thank you for your comments and/or answer your query, and not for any other purpose. We keep these emails stored in our email system for reference in case you need to contact us again.
Dead Zone: The Survivor VR Game
In the event of a game crash or error, Dead Zone: The Survivor VR collects the following information to assist in improving future versions of the game:
- Game version.
- Date and time the error occurred.
- Type of error and how many times it occurred.
- A "Stack Trace" and/or "Error Log," which tells us which part of the game caused the error.
- Operating system version.
- Model name of the Device, CPU, and GPU.
Microphone Permission
Dead Zone: The Survivor VR may request access to your device's microphone. This is necessary to enhance gameplay experiences, such as enabling voice-based interactions or multiplayer communication features.
We do not store, process, or share any audio data collected from the microphone with third parties. The microphone is only used locally within the game and is disabled when not actively needed for gameplay.
If you prefer not to grant microphone access, you can disable the permission through your device's settings. Please note, however, that some features of the game may not function as intended without this permission.
Online Gameplay Data
When playing online, our servers collect and store only the minimum amount of data required to support game features:
- The account name and ID provided by the platform on which the game was purchased (Steam ID, Oculus ID, etc.).
- A list of accounts you have added to your in-game Comrade list.
- A list of accounts you have added to your in-game Ignore list.
To request the deletion of any user data associated with your platform account name and ID, please email us at amidon-irrite0c@icloud.com with the subject line "User Data Deletion."
